180 – 189 lbs – 18 POINTS - Account for your height. Between 5’1″ and 5’10” – 1 POINT

Suppose you are to calculate the weight watchers points of a woman aged 22 years, whose weight is 115lb, her height is 5’2″ and she mainly does a lot of physical exhausting activities.

= 22
